What are the court filing fees in New Jersey?

Court filing fees are set by the state and apply no matter how you resolve your divorce. The spouse who files pays $300 ($325 if there are children), and the responding spouse pays $175. These are separate from any attorney or mediator fees. Court filing fees and the free-mediation provision are set by the New Jersey Courts.
