Evelyn Pentikis, Esq. is a Rule 1:40 Qualified Mediator. She is on the New Jersey Judiciary's roster of approved civil mediators, with additional training through the state's Court Mediation Program.
Before that, Evelyn’s practice was insurance defense and general law, so she has spent years on the litigation side of cases like yours. She knows how they unfold, what they cost, and how long they take.
Evelyn Pentikis also volunteers as a mediator for the Monmouth County vicinage, in the Special Civil Part and the Civil Part. That's over a hundred hours of court mediation, and it's some of the most useful work she does, because you see a lot of cases and you learn quickly what actually moves people toward an agreement.
In 2025 Evelyn was named Municipal Mediator of the Year for the New Jersey Superior Court, Monmouth Vicinage.
